CEO & PRESIDENT

ORI TAL

Ori Tal achieved his success through education, hard work and commitment to his entrepreneurial spirit. Originally from Israel, he served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces and graduated in the top of his class at the officer’s academy. Mr.Tal earned dual degrees in business economics and continued to pursue a law degree from the University of Haifa. Working as an attorney, he represented a number of U.S. companies. Tals hard work and success with his ventures allow him to donate to various charities including but not limited to those that benefit unwell children.

As founder and president of ESO Equity Group LLC, Mr. Tal oversees the operational aspects of the business and for identifying potential projects and investment opportunities. Mr. Tal has a significant experience in all aspects of real estate, with special emphasis on multi-family add value properties. During his years of operation Mr. Tal has developed a close relationship with National and International financial institutions, family offices and leading personnel in real estate companies such as CBRE, Cushman Wakefield and Marcus and Millichap.

TIFFANY TURK

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Tiffany is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science degree. She has lived in Brevard County & worked for ESO Equity Group since 2012. During that time she has been involved in nearly every aspect of the business, from property management, marketing, office and transaction management. As a Florida Licensed Realtor, Tiffany participates in underwriting, facilitating the commercial and residential transactions, overseeing the operations of the company, as well as being liaison for ESO Equity’s various professional relationships.

OMRI ITTAH

UNDERWRITTER & FINANCIAL ANALYST

Omri Ittah received his Bachelors in Business Management and Master Degree in Law at Bar- Ilan University. Ittah currently serves as the company’s analyst as well as the liaison for Israel relations.

NANCY BUSCHNER

HEAD OF ACCOUNTING

An experienced accountant with a varied background. She is originally from Massachusetts. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and a Master’s Degree in Management from Troy State University. Nancy spent a few years working at a major national bank before joining the US Air Force. She worked in the areas of Accounting and Finance, Budget and was a Comptroller at the time she retired from the USAF. Nancy is also uniquely qualified for our particular enterprise as she was a licensed realtor for 10 years and had her own accounting business supporting realtors and banks on accounting related to bank foreclosures.

BETH TOBISON

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Beth earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elmhurst College in 1993. She has worked in corporate and private owner businesses in various capacities including accounting and information technology. She has performed full-cycle accounting in the real estate industry since 2008, handling financials for commercial buildings, residential complexes, and both Homeowners and Office Condo associations. Beth has been a member of the Brevard County community since 2016, when she moved to Cocoa Beach from Illinois.
