INVESTMENT CRITERIA
Eso Equity Group´s strategy is to locate and underwrite underperforming and mismanaged properties. We target areas with proven population growth as well as trending economic growth. Our goals are to optimize cash flow and to achieve a minimum 6% cash on cash return for our select equity partners. We strive to provide an exit strategy that allows us to sell the property within 3 to 5 years while generating a double-digit IRR.
