ESO Investments LLC purchased The Galleria in Cocoa Beach and thus began the $2 million transformation into a Mediterranean-styled Class A office building and upscale retail environment for Brevard County.
The new Executive Tower & Plaza will have nearly 18,000 sq. ft. of retail space and a 25,000 sq. ft. office tower renovated to revive the plaza offering a variety of services and niche boutiques to the surrounding community. The new Execute Tower & Plaza will evolve into one of the largest premier facilities of its kind in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
